Hiran, (insidesomalia.org) - Reports from Baladweyn town the headquarters of Hiran region in central Somalia says that a military base of the Ethiopian troops was inside the town was overnight raided with grenades.

The attacked Ethiopian military base was at the former Hiran regional administration premises.

The grenade hurled at the Ethiopian troops rocked the surrounding area and, it could be heard almost in the entire Baladweyn town.

This flung grenade did not landed right inside the military garrison, but on the compound wall.

Immediately after explosion the Ethiopian troops opened fire, and so far one civilian has been reported in the explosion.

The actual time of the explosion was 8:20pm local time and all the town strollers and the business dealers stopped their activities and deserted the streets.

It is not the first time an explosion to quiver Baladweyn town there have been other explosions in the town.

The security situation of Baladweyn town is falling out of control and it had no central administration for a period of 2 months and days
